At the current valuation, each dollar invested purchases two shares. Ownership is determined by the number of shares acquired relative to the company's 10 million outstanding shares.

Future Financing

The current offering represents HAIL's initial Friends & Family financing round. As the company achieves operational milestones and expands commercially, management may pursue additional financing rounds to support future growth.

Any future financing will be evaluated based upon the company's capital requirements, operating performance, market conditions, investor demand, and valuation at that time. Future offerings, if any, may occur at different valuations and share prices. No future valuation, financing, or liquidity event is guaranteed.

Our initial commercial focus is providing AI infrastructure for businesses seeking intelligent conversational experiences while simultaneously offering direct consumer subscriptions through the HAIL platform.

Across our current business product portfolio, average monthly recurring revenue is approximately $79 per business subscription. Consumer subscriptions currently range from $9.99 to $19.99 per month.

The platform currently supports 19 languages, enabling deployment across international markets from a common technology foundation.

Corporate Structure

The HAIL technology, software, intellectual property, and platform development are presently owned and operated by PixelFix Films, LLC.

During the current funding phase, the company intends to establish Ask HAIL, Inc. (or a similar available corporate name) as a C Corporation, subject to legal review and corporate name availability. Upon formation, ownership of the HAIL platform will be organized to support future operations, financing, governance, and long-term growth.

Intellectual Property

Protecting HAIL's proprietary technology is a fundamental component of our long-term strategy.

The company intends to file its foundational patent application during the fourth quarter of 2026 as key development milestones are completed. Additional patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property protections may be pursued as the platform evolves.
